Intellectual Point is seeking an experienced Robotics Process Automation Developer with specific experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting RPA software. Robotic process automation (or RPA) is an emerging form of business process automation technology based on the notion of software robots or artificial intelligence (AI) workers. This role is based out of the Washington, DC area. Work may be remote, onsite in the DC area, and/or travel depending on clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • As a RPA Developer, you will be responsible for coding and configuring automation process components from low-level design (LLD) or technical design documents (TDD) to meet defined requirements. You will also validate automations by performing unit testing and ensuring that configuration control is maintained at all times.
  • Work with the technical and business staff to gain an understanding of the customer environment: the customer’s business, and culture; the current IT environment and how robotics fits into that environment; the big-picture and the immediate need for process automation, etc.
  • Responsible for identifying, understanding, documenting, and analyzing business processes in detail; provide inputs to / review of process analysis, business case documentation, and process definition documentation.
  • Design RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions; provide inputs to / review of object design instructions, process design instructions, solution design documentation, operational impact documentation, test plans, release notes.
  • Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

  • Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements; work with project stakeholders to ensure RPA software is deployed successfully in accordance with technical infrastructure requirements.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Develop workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needs.
  • Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Mentor colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduates in Computer Science with minimum 3 years’ experience in object oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred).

The Visual Media Specialist will capture still photos and video content of objects, people and moments that convey our companies’ products, services and culture in support of strategic initiatives. He/she will orchestrate and conduct all aspects of photography and videography – from shooting footage to editing to publishing – for a wide variety of assignments. Projects may include presentations, marketing materials (print and digital), social media, websites, videos and publications. Through photography and videography, the Visual Media Specialist creates images that capture the importance of getting Cyber Security Certifications. We offer a wide range of classes to help you get Cyber Security Certification and will need help to promote them. We also have a meetup group that is getting very popular. Portfolio Required.

The cyber security engineer requires an in-depth understanding of cloud technologies.  The cyber security engineer will assist in architecting a secure web based infrastructure that meets DoD Cloud SRG and SCCA requirements. Specific Job Description

Tasks

The DBA works with other administrators at the same site and at other sites to provide and ensure complete oversight of the databases, network, and system. Both the Network Administrator and System Administrator rely upon the DBA in performing their tasks. The DBA provides inputs to the Network Administrator in determining the optimal time or period for the Network Administrator to perform network configuration changes in an effort to reduce the impacts to end users.   • Research and analyze source content for appropriate use in training products
  • Design and develop training content and materials using the Composica LCMS
  • Acquire, manipulate, and organize graphics
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews on training products
    Requirements of Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer:
  • 3 to 8 years’ experience providing instructional systems design expertise
  • 3 to 8 years’ experience designing and developing training in an online authoring tool or environment (e.g., Composica, Captivate, Articulate, Lectora, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, analysis, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively work and collaborate with the team, as well as work autonomously
  • Ability to prioritize work and quickly adjust to shifting requirements
  • Eagerness and ability to learn quickly to proactively gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become a strong contributing team member
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated team player
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications of Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer:
Experience using the Composica LCMS.

Experience developing technical (i.e. hardware, software) training.

Located in the Chesapeake Virginia areas.
