The Gap: Women in Cybersecurity

Opportunities abound in the cybersecurity arena yet only 14 percent of the current U.S. workforce in cybersecurity is female. We will review the current state of the gender gap in cybersecurity and hear from Jennifer Carlson with the US Department of Labor to discuss how to get more women into this field through apprenticeship programs. During this webinar we will review how to begin an apprenticeship program, how to increase the visibility of your current program, and how to engage with programs that are available today.
