If your certification is coming up for renewal, you should be aware that we also have extended all active certifications as of March 16, 2020, for the next six months. But why sit on your couch and wait?

The registration process
Before you decide that online testing is for you, it’s important that you complete a system readiness check on the Pearson VUE website. The check will ensure that your environment, device, and Internet connectivity are secure and reliable for online testing. Specifically, you’ll need to meet the following requirements to qualify for online testing:
- Quiet, private location
- A reliable device with a webcam
- Strong Internet connection
- OnVUE software
- Government-issued identification
Country specific requirements also apply.
Once you’re confident you meet the requirements, sign up for your Cisco certification exam the same way you always have. Register here, and choose the option for online testing.
The exam experience
On the date and time you select to take your exam, you will need to log into OnVUE. Prior to taking your exam, you’ll be led through a series of automated checks with prompts that will have you capture photos of yourself, your ID and workspace, test the equipment, and close other applications that may be running on the exam delivery computer.

At the conclusion of the exam, you will be able to get your web-based score report through your Pearson VUE candidate profile. You can access and print your score report at any time.
